When you book a sharpening, you can expect a Blade Butler to arrive promptly at the agreed-upon appointment time. They will greet you with a friendly smile, explain our pricing model, and discuss the range of items we can sharpen. You'll be provided with a bin to gather your blades for sharpening. Our representative will then go over any specific needs you have for your blades, assess their condition, and provide an electronic quote for the service. This quote will need your approval before we begin any work. Once approved, your blades will be expertly sharpened, carefully packaged in the distinctive Blade Butler manner, and returned to you for review. Afterward, the final invoice will be presented for the checkout process.

Our mobile sharpening service brings convenience directly to your doorstep. The first step to having your blades sharpened by us is to complete a "Book a Sharpening" form on our website. Once we receive your request, we'll schedule a time to visit your location, whether it's your home or business. Our Blade Butler will then arrive at the arranged time, ready to provide top-quality sharpening services right where you are.
We currently service cities within approximately 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah. We’re also in the St. George area every three weeks and can take requests while we’re there. As we continue expanding into new areas and states, we encourage anyone outside these zones to submit a request. We’ll reach out as soon as service becomes available in your area.
